Mustard plasters are a simple tool that have been around for hundreds of years. When moistened, this pack will add deep heat to the chest and help your breathe more deeply.
We've taken all the mess out of the process. Simply get your pack wet with hot water, spread out the paste, place a cloth on the back between the shoulder blades and top it with the mustard plaster. Add another cloth and a heating pad and you're set for the next 20 minutes. This can be repeated (with the same pack) multiple times and on both the back and the chest.
