Join us for a celebration of the season and experience it in the food, the conversation and in the focus of the farm tour and education shared for the evening.

June Menu:

Welcome Drink: Tomatillo and pineapple sage, lime shrub
Appetizer: Fresh rolled bean taquitos
True Sourdough Pizza: Mexican street corn featuring cilantro pistachio pesto, black beans, cotija cheese and avocados
Featured Soda: Strawberry Rose
Dessert: Tres leches cake

Your menu will vary based on local availability of ingredients, what is ready to be picked throughout our production rows and what is seasonal. The crust on our pizza is a hand-made, true, long fermented sourdough. We especially like to celebrate other local farmers doing exceptional work when we select toppings. Everything we serve is organic, clean and/or locally sourced… we only serve REAL, FRESH food- NO unnatural preservatives, and NO artificial flavorings or colors.

The Experience

You will be greeted with a one-of-a-kind handcrafted drink designed for the evening. Start out with a delicious seasonal appetizer on your way out to the glen where you will choose a seat under the stars, surrounded by candlelight, crickets and fireflies. Each cloth covered table seats 4 and will be decked out with a fresh-picked farm flowers.

Chat with your friends while you watch your pizza being baked in our mud and brick oven. Hot, crisp and fresh, your pizza will be delivered to your table. Thirsty? Each table has its own ice bucket containing your hand-bottled soda, carefully crafted for the evening to match the agricultural theme and the season.

Just when you think it can’t get any better, we top off your meal with one of our family favorite desserts.

The farm is closed to other visitors during pizza dinners, so you will enjoy private access. After you are done eating, we invite you to stroll the gardens on your own or wander with a guide… check out our farm shop (Enjoy 10% OFF as our dining guest), visit our animals, or simply find a quiet spot to enjoy a good conversation with a friend.

Pizza dinners are a great way to celebrate a Bridal Shower, Baby Shower or Birthday… if you prefer alternative dates beyond the ones we offer the public, please contact us for private offerings!
